Retail Experience Index
As part of TD Bank’s ongoing research initiative to understand modern shopping behavior, we translated extensive quantitative and qualitative research into a tangible Retail Experience Index. The goal was to make complex behavioral insights accessible and actionable for internal stakeholders by grounding them in a visual format that felt clear and engaging.
The research examines patterns around major purchases, financing behavior, retail channels, loyalty programs, and retail credit cards. Together, these insights help TD Bank and its partners better understand how consumers shop and how retailers can meaningfully differentiate themselves in an increasingly competitive market
The final 32-page report combines data, photography, and client-driven insight into an engaging, cohesive system. Each chapter is color-coded along the page edge, allowing for easy skimming and navigation.
